What is your honest opniion about Marvel Heroes compared to POE?

Certainly has better Endgame appeal, and I like that it is cross platforum - not being able to play POE on my cell phone is disappointing and needs to be fixed.

I tried for three days to get Marvel Heroes to run on my rig but every time I went to launch the game it crashed to desktop. Nothing I did made any difference. It's the only program, much less game, that can't run on my rig that I've come across.

So I'd have to say PoE is infinitely better in my case.

How Gazillion used it? Yes it is indeed. How could you be behind such a company knowing their logo flashes before yours when the user logs in? Seems pretty, ugh, let me say unprofessional and cheesy in my opinion.

Imagine if a fucking Razor Naga showed once we clicked on Path of Exile, how would you feel? Same concept here with UT3, the engine is just, in general... shit. Especially with MH's design and artwork.

It is, and their support is fucking clueless and worthless.

I've posted issues about their launcher for months (literally) and they did absolutely nothing about it.

Which their support closed it and didn't acknowledge it whatsoever. I was swearing in my video, so I made a new video being more nice and re-posted it (which it wasn't closed), that I can respect them as I do agree I was being a jerk:

And they still have not fixed the issue so I quit. Then one patch day in December I believe ( ALMOST 2 MONTHS AFTER) I just simply hit the patch button on the launcher that I DID NOT TOUCH. Their clueless support team kept telling me to re-install the launcher, the game, etc. Which is all bullshit marketing, false promises because on that patch day on December I simply clicked Update on the launcher and BOOM, it patched, the launcher restarted and I was in. I never once had to reinstall the game, or whatnot. But that's what they wanted me to do, but in reality it took them over 2 months to fix that issue. And I wasn't even the only one that had it either. It was a bug that only occurred to returning players after X amount of months, and the patcher would hang. That's what I reported in my videos, they don't give an absolute shit about players or show any type of compassion. Their whole team should be ashamed.

I've made suggestions to GGG about shiftable strongboxs, and other frivilious game ideas, which were implemented in LESS TIME. Just mind boggling and so EVIDENT the compassion difference between MH and GGG. GGG does care and does show sympathy and compassion and still maintains a business personality if you will. While MH tries to maintain just the business aspect of things, but are lacking customer relationship. As I said before, they do not care and other returning players had my same exact issues with their launcher as well. You can see them in their support forums just search back a couple months.

In any event, not re-editing my post, sorry for grammar I just wanted to tell you a bit about them and my experience. Brevik should be ashamed for the atrocities that happen under the scene at his company. The guy is clueless and would rather drink wine and get drunk with his wife on their twitch instead of making sure Gazilian has proper customer relationship.

To me, the very idea of playing a watered down version of the game and having to pay to play the full version of it wasn't at all appealing. You never could be sure when you'd stop paying. It was open ended.

I'll never play a game like that. Sure... you like what you have now! But for $40 more you can have THIS! Forget it.
