lag here too. getting worse and worse everyday.

16 MS To dallas server, constant jumps up to 400-667 ping.

Seems odd I'm not the only person getting this issue.

Changed servers to the DC server, instead of 16 Ms with spikes now I'm getting 62 MS with the spikes.

Hopped on WoW, Diablo, etc, and had no issues with latency whatsoever.

How is this on my end at this point?

I was fine after the initial expansion, and in acts 1-3. Since I got to act 4 it's been bad. Every patch seems to make the latency worse, yesterday was a wipe fest. Today's patch (e) freezes the game, making it unresponsive to windows, when I'm trying to switch servers to find something stable. The game is completely unplayable now. I've been booted off the California server 15 times and can't even chose a different one. I live in Fresno, Ca for crying out loud, we have the technology for decent internet.

If it was my ISP/network then any game, anything else I do, should have some level of noticeable delay, but there isn't. And could you please explain why in patches prior to (c) I was able to run acts 1-3 and level up to 40 without issue?

I don't understand how it's so choosy. It seems like the majority of people have no issues, but a handful of us can't do squat.

I'm at a loss, don't know what else to try.

It is most assuredly not on your end my friend. I am having the same issue. Everything else I do is fine except POE. I get 1k-1.4k latency spikes almost every 2-4 seconds when I log in game. The really strange part is that every once in a while when I log in its not there. I try to log in about once every 5 minutes or so to see if its playable or not and if it is I can fit in a couple hours of play time at least but 90% of the time I log in its just the most unplayable garbage I have had to play through.

I keep getting disconnected what seems like every 5 minutes or so, and if I'm not getting disconnected I have a roughly 1.5 second delay on most actions I try even though the game says I have a steady ping under 50ms on DC server, and a solid 45ms on the Texas server. I've left a command prompt with "ping -t -w 1000 8.8.8.8" running in the background while playing, hoping to see that my internet was dropping randomly or something, and instead it stayed at a very solid 32 to 35ms response time while the game kept dropping me back to login every couple minutes. Time of day makes no difference, and neither does the day of the week.

There is something broken with the servers, and until it gets fixed there isn't any way I can play. I was going to get 3 or 4 of those mystery boxes, but since I can't play there's no point.

Same here. Incredible lag spikes in the Caverns in Act2 (before Vaal) but as soon as I stepped out to the area before the Caverns - cant remember the name - everything was fine, no lag at all. Same thing happens with every Vaal Corrupted areas I enter: massive lag spikes to the freezing point, but as soon as I step out everything is fine.

I know nothing about server architecture, but it seems that some servers that host particular areas are screwed up badly.

Only started happening 2 days ago.

Get it fixed GGG, this is a gamebreaking issue.
