Massive Lag Spikes Here

W.DC gateway is bad this morning. Here is a comparison of the DC and the Texas server. I let it run much longer to show that the packets are getting through. I'd suggest trying another server if you are having problems with the one you're on.

London and on Virgin Media 152mbit. Never had problems but the ping is all over the place and in town i am rubber banding and getting screen freezes with high ping.

lost 20% of XP due to lag-spikes as hell

Dude you report shows that it's not the server but something on your end or between you and the PoE server...
