Is there a skill tree leveling guide for Ranger?

I've been using this build as my boss map clearer and so far my experience with Pathfinder proven to be excellent. However, as I am kinda lazy, I decided to use Warlord's Mark instead of Assassin's Mark so I can leech without flasks and generate endurance charges for immortal call.

If I don't have enough mana to reserve assassin mark and enfeble. Would an ice golem and enfeble be a viable alternative for offense defense?

is it possible to do single boss with phys reflect, if your doing it with empower and concen ?

Im lvl 40 only but I have the gloves with all the gems, Im not sure how it works but when I on one skill I can't on the rest can someone explain?

I cant run all the recommended auras on my mana. Would haste be the one that can get the cut from the auras?
