You have next to no crit chance. Drop empower 4 for inc crit strikes. Drop shaper flask, as its not needed whatsoever for uber atziri/shaper. Replace with diamond flask.

I really appreciate you taking the time to go over my gear, I purchased a 20/20 crit strike gem and my tool tip went up 2k (i know tool tip isnt true dps) - I've got around 20 - 25ex to spend on gear upgrades, is there any major gear changes you think I need to make? (besides getting skyforth 44ex currently)

I've got 10k ES atm, maybe drop some ES for more damage either on passive tree and or gear wise?

How are you guys capping crit without the Increased crit Strikes gem?

How is this build for leveling if you're a poor noob who doesn't have Shavronnes or Skyforth etc.? Is it still viable to get into low-level mapping?

Should I be leveling with a bow and quiver for now and then swapping to blade vortex in the future? Or do I just immediately get a dagger and start using blade vortex? Can I use two daggers?

I DO NOT recommend that, no skyfort = just maybe; no shav = not good at all.
For a budget friendly BV build go for some CI variant

I leveled from level 45 with an old character I had from years ago. I used BV to level following the recommended tree but adding some life nodes. I used a 5L Belly of the Beast from level 46 to abotu level 68 when I switched to Low Life.

Really? I mean, I'm talking lvl 70, running tier 1 and maybe 2 maps and grinding currency so I can get better gear.
