I DO NOT recommend that, no skyfort = just maybe; no shav = not good at all.
For a budget friendly BV build go for some CI variant

Really? I mean, I'm talking lvl 70, running tier 1 and maybe 2 maps and grinding currency so I can get better gear.

You'd have to go CI if you don't have shavs. That's what I did until I could afford one at 83. You can do T10s pretty easily with 10k ES and only 10k tooltip DPS.

But in what order do you get things?? All I see are 120 points being used and no clue the priorities. Do I get the jewel nodes as soon as I pass them, or wait until the end when I can afford best in slot 10E perfectly rolled gems? Do I go to the west or north at a split? What about picking up notables that aren't useful until I have X item but appear at level Y? Etc.

Ok, thanks, I'll try that. I think I'll try picking up the Melding node an the ES nodes around it, that'll give me an extra 25% ES, then I'll revert back once I have Shavronne's.

EDIT: And the whole Foresight cluster, that's another 30% extra ES.

Can't find a proper way to use my 21/20 bloodmagic and lvl 3 enlighten. I end up being 10 mana short on reserve to cast BV.

Right now, I have Skyforths - Assassin mark, haste, blasphemy, enlighten

Helm - HoI,BM, Clarity, Discipline

Did the build get nerfed?

I'm still about 50E short of picking up a Skyforth, so until I finish farming on my level 92 I can't play the build anyways ^^

Has not been nerfed, if anything, it's considered a buff :)

You need two 4's to run all. Drop haste if you cannot afford the enlightens.

Now Ziz is also playing this build...and he also says that Throat seeker wheel is better than Force Shaper wheel. prfct1on can you explain to me why this is the case? all Math i've done tells me Force Shaper is better...

So my quiestion is about supps for vortex:
I have 67.78% crit with Inc. crit strikes and 35.5k dps in tooltip with 461% multi
And with level 4 empower i have 45.06% crit chanse with 34.1k dps in tooltip.
In my mind first choose is better but i dont know how it realy works, maybe someone tell me something about choose betwen this 2 supps so a great problems with damage on uber Atziri.
