Currently I'm playing around with the Unending Hunger jewels, I personally found using 1 of them to be the most effective to make sure we can still run Vaal Auras. Rest of the jewels are rare ones with increased Minion Damage then w/e other stats.

I'm looking at another one of your guides and I'm confused on which to use.

This is the build guide you are looking for: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1690935, and yes as those spectres deals physical damage, wielding a Severed or United is perfectly fine. (Do please remember that these are hard hitters rather than fast hitters so Hatred > Envy auras still).

The Elemental spectres (Flame Sentinels) will be using the spell dmg providing gem setup whilst the physical damaging spectres (Knitted Horrors from the 5 Keystone build) uses the physical projectile gem setup.

This might come up as a stupid question , but,

What do you do when one of your sentinels / horrors dies? Do you go back to their areas to get a new one?
