I think the main issue you have is that your ES and int are too low. that; and maybe you dont facetank closely enough. why dont you level your blasphemy any further? since the aoe nerf, its really important to get it to the highest level possible, so that the WM coverage is playable.

about your gear: get a 5th flask. in general, you dont need 3 quicksilvers. 2 are enough. add a granite and a basalt flask, pop them when engaging mobs with high physical damage. that should really go a long way for surviving. oh, and get a cwdt - immortal call setup. that also helps tremendously. and finally, you are lvl 56. get a high ES chest at that level for 1c. http://poe.trade/search/itikokimasauto

if needed, craft 30 int on it with catarina. however, this is one of the few points in the journey of an icestormer where ES takes precedence over int. at lvl 56, its better to grab a 500ES chest without int than to stick with a 100ish ES chest with int on it. once you reach lvl 68, you can transition into a better regalia that also has int.

your chest only has 500ish ES. thats extremely low. you can easily get one with int and res in the 650ish range for a rather cheap price. in the long run, you want 750-800 ES on your chest.

(about 800 ES is the highest you can get with a t1/t2 combination of %ES and flat ES. going beyond that requires a hybrid roll as the third prefix, i.e. chests that are significantly above 800 ES are drastically more rare and f***ing expensive.)

your gloves and boots could pick up another 40-60 ES as well, for an affordable price.
