Yes. Leap Slam has better distance and doesn't require an obstacle-free direct line. Technically, nothing stops you from using Lightning Warp for teleporting almost anywhere on the screen (very useful in the Lab), and it would trigger Mastermind as well, but we use extended duration and can't give LW any support, so it's ridiculously slow.

However, I am having some very quick deaths in some places you seem to be facetanking happily on the videos (like Chimera, Phoenix - you sit on the discharge while I die if he is in my screen somewhere)

So my profile is open, could you please have a look and tell me what it is I am doing wrong?

I had a question: I'm level 69 now, and I have all the nodes sorted so far, but as far as the travel down to diamond skin and the jewel node there, did you just add the str nodes as you got the points? My first two spare went into faith and steel as my resists needed a little boost, and can happily respec if needed, but 8 nodes of str without conversion seems a little wasted, would I be better off going into some ES nodes and respeccing once I can get the second brute force solution?

Atm i'm kinda stuck, atziri/uber lab are no problem at all with this build. But minotaur (havent tried other guardians) can still 1 hit me with 8k es.
Anyone has some advice on what i can improve? This is my gear;

Could somebody help me take a look at my character and see what's next that I can improve on.
Somehow my tooltip damage is still at 5k+ and my intel is 1630 and ES of 8443

Or could it just be all I need are levels cause I'm still lvl 79?

10k is very easy. surpassing 12k is where things get difficult.

your issues with minotaur dont sound like a gear problem, they sound like you dont play the fight right. sometimes, he initiates his burrow slam as soon as you enter his line of sight. in that case, you have no chance of having fortify or your enfeeble up before his slam hits you. so the easiest approach is to dodge his first burrow slam if the map has damage mods or if you have a relatively low ES like 8k. having a granite and a basalt up for his first telegraphed attack is obvious, but you can also try to add a topaz flask into the mix since mino has phys to lightning conversion and thus deals a significant chunk of his damage as lightning.

your gear is perfectly fine, you are mostly lacking levels.

guys, in general, please include your gems and jewels when you post your gear and ask for advice. gem level and quality as well as jewels are a huge part of this build's damage.

- Getting a body armor with 770+ es and 50+ int would cost around 14 ex with only 1 resist
- Boots with 170+ es and 50+ int (without movement speed, and 2x res), 4 ex
- Gloves with 170+ es and 50+ int (2x res), 3-5 ex
(edit: just got these for 2ex)
- Crystal belt with 120+ es and 50+ int, is priceless



Either i'm doing something wrong with my gear, or it's not as easy as u say getting over 10k es.

well, if finding 4ex for a significant upgrade is a big hurdle to you, you either play too little or too inefficiently. by just mapping, I can farm a profit of something like 50-100c an hour. ofc on average.

your chest is not top priority imho, but something like 780ish ES with 48+ int shouldnt be thaaat hard to find. your gloves are very weak. abysmal int, and rather low ES. your boots are fine for now. belt is ok too. your astramentis might be worth one or two divines.

whats your level? levels mean more int, which means more ES. ;)

Well i bought new gloves to, which i posted in my previous post, those will give me around 300es more, so i'll be at 8.3k es once i get the right colours (which might take a while).

U think getting 10 int more on my astra will be worth a few divines?

I'm lv 92 atm, and probly aint gonna try to level anymore. 4 ex is alot for me, i'm still running t12-15 maps/ normal atziri / uber labs. And i aint even close to 50-100c an hour lol. I never did guardians/uber atziri/shaper, but aslong as i can get 1 shot with 8k es, i aint even gonna try those. (tried mino once, he one-shot me)

Once i can equip those new gloves, i'll have 1586 int.

Finally got my last upgrade.

20 blessed got it to 80


but i'm right here with the rest of these guys.
Im kinda sad that my es is only 8.8k and my Damage is 6.4k tool tip with flasks up (although still getting my gems back to level 20)

The only other thing i can do at this point is upgrade my staff from 17% to 18%
and start replacing my 3x izzaro jewels for Dmg / Intel jewels..

on another note i'm totally stoked i got all my items to the proper colors by using the jeweler trick at vorci bench


PS: is it really worth it to drop vaal disp for Enchance in my 6L chest?
