Also heralds arent auras.

and "grants" still reserve mana when used, so even at level or 20 it's only a gem socket :/ doesnt seem good

wideswing is a good concept, but melee attacks are always at "0" range for it's damage calculation because they arent projectile so it cannot work. Range only affects the capacity to use the skill.

It's sad! However, on a similar idea, "3% More damage per +1 weapon range"
Now it works in close and long range but still scale on longer range modifiers.
So Frost blades receives a nice bonus.

I dont get why a fated version of doedre's damning wasnt added to the game already .. seems like a perfect unique to do somthing with.

right now we only have one item in the game with the ability to by pass hex proof.. it happens to be on a green chest piece so obvious trade off.


but doedre's damning is a level 1 unique in which the only stat on it that matters is the +curse. it is already a perfect candidate for getting hex proof pen .

it already has downsides , even if we give it curse pen, it is still a level 1 unique in terms of other stats. no life , no es , minimal resists . a worthless implicit.

And we only have one source of hex pen. the mechanic needs more sources. and this ring makes sense.

wind scream is actually a solid pair of boots outside of the curses for its level range.

i believe the problem is the +1 curses amulets that are too good... and not doedre's damning that is too weak.
You are right for the hexproof, it's a helpfull mechanic. but it's the only buff that i would add to this ring. Mana is not useless, it improves the mana leech recovering rate, +int is helpfull for many builds, especially with thoses 140+ intelligence curses.

Maybe we could tweaks the numbers a bit for the fated variant...

I'm the only one who thinks that doedre's damning is insanely good? :c Temporal chain, enfeeble... It's SO POWERFULL. One ring, a cwdt setup or blasphemy or selfcast/curse on hit, and you gain atleast 20% EHP ! No other ring or boot allows the same gain.



Blasphe Enfeeble 20/20, grace = win


ok this armour is too great, but it's another matter :p
