While not being factually wrong, this being an issue has been repeatedly debunked as well. Charitable grants do not equal charity. Just another example of right-wing media misleading their audience.

An organization that is not in the fields of outreach and providing aid provide money, in the form of charitable grants, to organizations that do work in providing aid and outreach. (such as Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation)

So of course it is a conservative site reporting it, they are reporting self-issued statements from the Clinton foundation's description, vision and mission statements as 'scandals'. I mean this is like the third thing you have brought, directly and openly stated by the Clinton foundation, as some sort of dirty secret uncovered by some master investigator.
