Hey, build looks mint, bu i'm having trouble sustaining weapons for some reason, is it possible for someone to have a look at my build/gems/gear and tell me where i'm going wrong and what to do, sorry i'm a complete noob :(

Your build/gems/gear seems fine. Maybe you could try some "quantity of items found" gear (more quantity = more weapons that drop to animate). I usually start out with 4 wands and I almost never have trouble with getting enough weapons to auto-cast plus you also find a lot more currency.
Other than that, maybe you run/play to slow in the maps? Or your maps need more mob density or extra packs for more drops of weapons to animate.

Has anyone killed Shaper with this build?

Probably couldn't kill Uber Atziri? :X

Does Rallying Cry help the poison?

I just swapped over to it and I am finding it pretty good. I am doing it quite differently though. I am using tons of auras to scale the damage through flat added elemental rather than scaling poison.

With poison double dipping gone on minions it makes it really hard for such a weak poison dot to kill targets and proc the weapon effect so I had to use the new Speaker's Wreath helm to prevent the minions from killing the mob off before the poison could. The proc rate is crazy since you are guaranteed to get every kill at that point.

I tried mapping with friends though and the build is literally unplayable in group as I could never get killing blows.

I tried it too (with 1-3 friends) and it work well. I use Speaker's Wreath too.
