Provider: German Telekom
Location: ~100KM southwest of Frankfurt Connection: DSL 16mbit (but 3-4 mbit is "normal" maximum speed i get here) Since 2 days Frankfurt and Paris went to "?" in the login-list and i can´t even log into poe using those two. I have a sh... connection with only 3-4mbit but at least had a stable 50ms using frankfurt for the last weeks. Now that´s gone and i can use milan as best option with 60-75ms if lucky but with 10 sek "freezes and timewarps" that may kill me here and there ... same for amsterdam or london with slightly worse pings on average for a greater deathwish ... cya Deathtiny

They are aware, they forwarded it to the section at GGG which handles such problems. On my part, GGG has not given me a reason so far to question their word. Some problems aren't easily or quickly fixable. Give them time. That this thread still got no reply by any "GGG official", bluntly, that's ungood public relations. Still preferring ungood public relations over ungood problem solving. (Gaming on via London Gateway, a workaround.) " I agree with you, but I can also see where the other guys are coming from. This problem has existed for a few weeks now. Every evening when I come back from work I'm ready to rock some maps... Every evening I get dissapointed. This tread started quite civilised...but as time goes on without even a small hint that GGG acknowledges the problem or is working on it, I can see why people get frustrated. The only information we have is that a nice person from england (a few posts above) contacted customer service and got some kind of confirmation that the problem was forwarded to the dev-team. Yes this is the internet, yes GGG is still a small studio, but at least let us know you are working on the problem instead of ignoring everyone's input that is trying to help GGG locate the problems. |

This game is literally unplayable anymore, i'm constantly dying from lag, and its not fun anymore. I've died soooo many times, because game didn't wanted to react on time/lag spikes just when i need it the most.This problem persist for a months, but i keep playing hoping that it will disappear, but no luck.I've just died cuz my leap slam didn't worked, again, and thats it, im tired of this.If they don't fix this problem in 3.0.0, im gone forever. I have amazing PC, decent internet that works great for speed that its provide and for all other online games. Every EU server that i try, its always the same, shows decent ping (~40-50) but game is not reacting quick when it have to. Escape abilities just wont work on time, even if i cant be stunned or prevented from moving. I know that my whining wont solve anything, just needed to
release my pain :) Just to mention that im not new in this game, im playing PoE since the closed beta, ages ago. Curiosity is followed by ambition, ambition is followed by madness.
