Can anybody give me a suggestion on what to change next?
i die really really a lot on bosses...i feel like i'm not doing the pob damage on anything. |

" Boot enchant and 20/20 gems should give you enough damage to melt up to T15 bosses, craft another prefix on gold ring if you dont plan on replacing it, your boots gem setup isn't doing much, slower projs can be replaced for dmg on full life for more damage, helmet setup is great for mapping but it's useless for bosses, applying projectile weakness on bosses will give you a lot higher damage, gripped gloves with attack speed/thunderfist, maybe a Silver flask instead of Quicksilver OR another damage flask if you can handle lower mobility on fights, you can spec out of Duelist leech as well and grab something like Wandslinger, Crackling Speed, Forces of Nature, all will give you a nice damage boost. |

Interesting thing is that the guide says you can follow the skill tree provided however yours deviates a bit.
Also, do you have to wait til ~65 to become a wander? Can you not level as a wander early on? I ask because I'd rather not be a bow-user for 65 levels. Последняя редакция: UnagiRolls#4307. Время: 24 сент. 2017 г., 13:35:19

" I don't think you have to wait til 65, i'm just used to leveling as elebow and had all the items, KB is only 28 so just have to plan how you're gonna level and what to use for gear, there's a lot of good leveling uniques that give +to attacks, and thief's torment for sustaining hp/mp leech. |

Hello,
I've been trying this build out since I very much like the concept and love to go about kinetic blasting monsters away :D However, I only play on hardcore and was wondering if you could tell me if this is viable for end game hardcore. I'm pretty much playing a *budget* version since I'm on SSF and I specced into a lot more life nodes for the leveling process. I'm at level 74 atm but my damage feels so very poor, especially on single target with barrage. I was thinking about maybe refunding some life nodes for a bit more damage but I'm unsure if I would be able to survive. Anyone has made this build in hardcore that can give me some tips please? Thanks! Последняя редакция: coredumped#7994. Время: 25 сент. 2017 г., 12:47:15

" Your gems are low level, also you have no flasks, the reason Pathfinder ascendancy is so strong is all the flask effect, thread is old/not updated and with 3.0 changes you pretty much need a bit more investment to be able to burst bosses, get added lightning and wrath to level 20, uber lab enchant on boots(extremely good and easy to hit), use orb of storms to apply projectile weakness on bosses. Better bossing/single-target setup can be achieved by removing HoI on some fights etc, guide doesn't cover much |

Pastebin to my current toon : https://pastebin.com/aPi7xA7x
Level 94, 5.8k~ hp. 1.27m dps with power charges + flasks only, 1.42m with proj weakness, 1.58m replacing quicksilver for silver flask (mobility is fine imo), on guardians like Hydra/Phoenix you can even replace basalt for WiseOak or Atziri's Promise. Got lucky and found a really nice wand for 1c, you should still get 1m+ with piscators and cheap gear. Just ran Vaal Temple and was able to facetank and burst all 3 bosses with 1 flask pop only, using mapping setup. Boots are missing enchant since i've been mapping with IIQ while lab layout sucks and farming offerings back, clearing trash is really easy with Goldwyrm + Sadima's + Bisco + Ventor's, though boss fights can rip you with IIQ gear if you don't kill fast enough/get hit. Around 130% IIQ and 4700 hp with IIQ setup. Note the setup above is not optimized for boss kill, optimally you replace your Herald of Ice for Herald of Thunder, it's better damage and you won't be cursing bosses if you don't shatter. Instead of HeraldOfIce-CurseOnHit-Assassin'sMark-Onslaught (mapping setup) on bosses you switch to : OrbOfStorms-CurseOnHit-ProjectileWeakness-PowerChargeOnCrit, look for JawsOfAgony for generaring power charges before engaging bosses. Tempest's Binding is a great mapping item but doesn't do much on bosses as well, you can go for a cheap hp/res helm, or there's quite a lot of unique options like Rat's Nest, Starkonja's, Ezomyte if you really want stun immunity(i just use brine king pantheon). Flask rolls are also extremely important, Anti-curse flask works for map mods curse and you will be immune to curses/bleed 100% of the time as a Pathfinder, if you wanna run glass cannon/more damage, replace Basalt for Atziri's Promise/WiseOak and roll anti-bleed on diamond flask, dying sun with conq potency as well as high level gems are pretty much mandatory to achieve good single-target, work on getting 1-160 lab enchant on some good rare boots, use gripped gloves instead of thunderfist when you feel your damage is enough. EDIT: Just noticed i had another gripped gloves stashed that are actually pretty good, gonna use a glove swap for bosses instead of recoloring. Example of 4L for boss fights: Phoenix : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vJo8l8jkFUU Damage can still scale a lot higher, remember this is a budget wander build after all! Also i didn't apply the proj weakness. I use it mainly for IIQ farming and phoenix/hydra/mino, chimera feels better on slayer cause of those fucking mobs. Последняя редакция: Phosphenez#5438. Minotaur facetank on -max res and +lightning damage map : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=knKKK1Tzre8
DPS feels alright, gonna be sketchy on something like +hp/+res map, does great for a cheap version of wander though, if you got currency to burn you can certainly double/triple that damage easily. Total investment on this toon is around 200c. Последняя редакция: Phosphenez#5438. Время: 26 сент. 2017 г., 11:54:27

I did some analyzing of the skill tree and something doesn't add up.
Is there a reason the build gets blood drinker life node over golem's blood? Going golem's blood over blood drinker, you get within proximity for a 4th jewel slot which is a huge DPS boost + another 7% life jewel. Wayyyy better than getting the leech esp if you're already in proximity of vitality void. Also, Why did the OP get tempest blast in the wand tree, that's a total waste of a passive point, right? I look in POB and if you don't go the 'wand damage' route and get wand accuracy and attack speed instead to get the crit chance/multi nodes for the wand, you actually end up with MORE dps. I'm sure that has to be a mistake on the OP's part, because it literally makes 0 sense as to why you'd do that. Tempest blast is a completely useless node if you are using piscators and does almost no notable damage if you have a non-piscators wand because the phys damage is usually very low. Here is a pastebin I made of the revised tree. As you can see, moving some points around, and cutting some questionable passives the OP got, I managed to find the points to get acrobatics/phase acrobatics which helps in survivability by copying some of the tree routing done by queenliness' build. I'm thinking about getting a 6L hyrri's ire as well, the added cold damage is a massive boost and combos well with acrobatics, but I'm wondering if that's too glass cannon vs getting a potential 300 HP from a life armor instead. level 94: https://pastebin.com/5kTUwZnk Please ignore the DPS on the build because the items/gems are subpar. I did a comparison with my damage vs other builds with their items in another paste and I got ~2.8mil DPS with barrage vs non-boss and 1.4mil vs shaper, so the tree definitely does more damage than the OPs and it also has acrobatics on top of it. With my current setup, I am doing ~1.4 mil DPS vs non-boss and 700k vs shaper. Totally doable shaper fight, but not as 'face tanky' because I didn't get as many leech nodes. Just enough to leech back damage/kite around + get mana back. I am still experimenting and figuring out how to optimize, but so far the most expensive item on this build is dying sun which I found myself from killing shaper with only 500k shaper DPS on POB, and my armour which I paid 35 chaos for. I really should have saved the POB I had made with 2.8 mil DPS, but I scrapped it when I re-imported my character to play around with some items/jewels. Please share your thoughts on it. Also, I have noticed that when I am fighting bosses and I click on them at point blank to cast barrage, I end up missing barrage because the aim is misaligned. Also, sometimes the aim is perfect, but the hits are not landing because my life is not leeching back up. Is anyone else experiencing this? And if so, what the hell am I supposed to do in these situations? I am face tanking then suddenly an entire barrage misses the boss in a fight which results in 0 leech and dying, this is a huge problem for me and probably responsible for like 80%-90% of my deaths so far. Very frustrating. Another question, I'm really debating on whether I should get vinktars. How much does the self-shock completely screw you over in boss fights or do you simply not cast vinktars in boss fights? I feel like taking 50% more damage from hits is too much risk, and I prefer to run atziri's promise instead. My flask ATM consist of atziri - basalt - quicksilver - dying sun - diamond And I am pretty happy with the setup, I don't see myself wanting to change anything. I was previously running wise-oak, which I think is a great flask, far better than the lightning pen vinktars so long as your lightning res is the highest, but having dying sun completely screws up the build so I dropped wise oak. Using wise oak is still viable if you have both vinktars + dying sun , but once again really hesitant to buy it because I already have problems tanking and taking 50% increased damage seems like a death wish. I was am currently using slower projectiles as the 6th link in my build, but I am thinking of switching it with added cold instead. Having slower projectiles is more damage, but it is so frustrating to have the boss move and completely side-step an entire barrage because of the speed reduction. I think it is actually worth the damage reduction in order to assure hits are landed more often, your effective DPS will actually be higher because the hypothetical situation of landing all projectiles w/ slower proj is so rare and it is devastating to have an entire volley miss from the boss moving 3 pixels.
