Wait... you somehow read that as Snorkle saying he had 19 mirror shards drop? wat. Of course he hasnt had 19 mirror shards drop. He may not have had a single one drop. The point is that he was able to generate that wealth through simple things like vendor recipes, and time invested.

OP, you also literally accused someone of being a botter based on their having 6 mirrors in a temp league... so to me that looks exactly like "anyone richer than I am must be a bot"...

What a ridiculous thread. Everyone knows botting is a problem. Everyone knows RMT is a problem. Assuming that someone listing 6 mirrors on XYZ is either of those things is, well, downright uninformed...

Why would i report hin? I have no proof of hin botting, only GGG can prove it, why would i loose my time doing GGG job to fight bots?

For GGG its easy to do this, but they dont want.

I havent found a single mirror shard, I bought them all with chaos, chaos I made from recipe, chaos I traded for fusing that I vendored out of jewelers that I vendored out of alts, chaos I traded my chisels, chroms, regrets etc for. So yeah, 6 sockets and recipe are what Ive built that mirror from essentially.

whos to say they dont have that much currency? Maybe theyre keeping their mirrors. Maybe they are all hc league players who dont care about standard league, so they dont care about farming for currency for currencies sake? Maybe the people who care about standard league and are playing for long term currency in hardcore have got 6 mirrors, ripped them to standard intentionally and are selling them there for 170ex each already?


I know it seems absurd, but trust me mate people are capable of doing this completely legit.

this guys a legit bigboy player, theres tons of people in this game who have the odd bit of mirrored gear here and there, people who can gather a few 100 exalts when they need to. These ppl are small fish man, having a mirror is nothing. You got to understand theres people out there who hoard currency on standard, they go to leagues and come back with mirror stacks, people with 10,000s, 100,000s of exalts worth of currency, organised guilds of players like this working together.


I completely understand why ur looking at 6 mirrors for sale thinking fuck man, that aint legit, this dudes cheating in some way. youre not an idiot for thinking that, I know it seems ridiculous given how expensive a mirror is and the sort of money most players have. But listen to the podcast, have a dig around and see how the big guys are making money, check the prices on uber atziri and shaper drops vs exalt prices, itll open ur eyes to whats going on out there.

I got a friend in my guild who doesnt trade much, doesnt rly do recipe who feeds me the few rings and amulets she finds for chaos recipe. These guys have teams of people feeding them sac sets, uber sets, shaper sets, breachstones, theyre chaining the most profitable content in the game 14 hours a day. Im buying a mirror shard every day, theyre probably buying a shard every hour, or better still just stacking the currency and buying a full mirror for less than the 20 shard cost every other day.

ye fyndel is on my friendlist, he rushed shaper farm for 2 weeks and already got bored and got back to standart

Once sold an item for 5c and the buyer relisted it for 50c immediately, what can i do?
