How does this build do without dying sun(out of my budget atm)? I'm mainly looking to make a 2nd character that will kill elder+shaper.

how do you do to have dying sun flask who cost +10ex and tast of hate?? It's more expensive for starter league!!

You use HoI to proc your curse with CoH, but you use Elemental Focus in your setup, removing the freeze from TS hence the shatter, hence the curse spread. You don't get any power charge. Why ? |
