I've found 4 annuls so far in 3.1, only 1 divine and no exalts.
However, I do seem to be in one of those strange drought periods for exalts and/or divines that come and go so my personal sample ratio is most definitely wrong.
Tbh at least to me, they feel pretty rare. As of 3.1 ive found like 7 exalts, 2 divines (+1 from a 6l) and just 1 annul. Most of that happened on my MF windripper. GGG needs to either buff the drop ratio or give us some kind of a vendor recipe.
My annuls went way down after that post. I did find another couple at around the same frequency then they stopped and I saw none since. Smelled very much like a balancing nerf to me but RNG and all.
