So I raised 1 frenzy and 1 power spectre, but it seems like I rarely have 3 frenzy charges, and almost always got 3 power, should I run frenzy ones only? Seems much more reliable that way.

are there any updates to this build for 3.4, love doing this build the last couple leagues but wanting to really push it far this time around maybe even change it up a bit.
