Can someone explain to me a bit about this build and where the super high regen comes from. I saw a guy in the thread running magic find stuff for maps so I figured I would try it out but at some points I kinda get almost one shot and the regen doesn't really keep up, in volcano maps for example. At some parts i'm just not noticing the insane regen. Granted i'm level 76 and using MF gear so I guess that would explain some of it but I feel like I should atleast notice the insane regen?
Could someone explain what makes this build "run" is it all about the flask management? Do I need more Fevered Mind Jewels? I don't really understand the mechanics too well..
I really wanna know how the Cooldown Reduction helps? I'm sorry for noob questions I just wanna know how cooldown reduction helps the build cuz I don't rly get it
Also what should I swap body swap for on bosses? I already run conc effect on volatile dead should I do it on my other poets pen too?
Well for starters you are not going to get the insane regen using those gloves. The idea behind the gloves are with the faster attack+chance to bleed+faster proj your Frenzy cost is going up mine is at 336 per cast and thats with only 3 Fevered Mind jewels, then paired with the Zerphi Flask you are getting 500% of that back as life regen.
Using frenzy in the helmet i'm assuming your Frenzy cost is very low ?
I wouldn't use body swap at all. I use Unearth+GMP+Culling

I had different gear for mapping, but wanted to test this gear in higher tiers before going uber elder. When i switched to this gear, im getting waxed, couldnt even beat Chimera. Thanks in advance.

Easy fix, you have an enchant on boots, this give you mana when kill, try to get another enchant or buy another boots without ench, and try it again
Anyone know what cooldown reduction does exactly for this build? I'm not sure I understand it correctly.. Does it help to pump out more Unearth / Volatile Dead? is it for something else?

Uhgg, not sure how i missed that. I fixed it and still couldnt take the hydra guardian. Flasks were up, mana was dry, could not take the damage.
What am i missing?

I killed all the guardians easy with this build.
Easy fix: Add Righteous Fire.
Well I wanted to say that the build is extremely good, I did a test in STD with this build, using flask with 800% and + 5 jewel(fevered), the result was that lv 68 I had 5.6k of life and I was able to do t16 chimera without any problem , I managed to give facetank in the chimera and life barely reached 30%, detail I was using a Goldrim ... in my profile is an HH but it does not influence the chimera because it is made of phases, so the HH is only adornment and help in clearing the map.
