I guess all those gender stuff comes from little pathetic teenagers minority who are learning/experiencing normal puberty stuff, their make problem from something normal which experienced people only laughing at. They can not see how deplorable their lives are and think other will solve their problems, which in fact can not be, because there is no cure for stupidity.


Back to topic: just imagine how that game will look like after RTX technology is implemented. I start to think this will be another game worth to be played with next gen graphic card ... like for example Inquisition with 20xx card :) or Witcher 3 finally played with 10xx cards.. - due 3D vision and max details..

Not sure if Expanse can be considered cyberpunk so much as sci-fi noir, but it's damn good sci-fi either way.

I got to be honest, I might have actually preferred altered carbon. Ive read both book series, its been a long time since I read carbon but if memory serves it was a better book than the expanse ones, maybe that influenced me, I dunno.

I thought both were really solid tv though, 2 of the best sci fi series that have ever been put out imo.

I hope it will have deeper rpg elements/mechanics than witcher 3 had. I mean, character customization was too simplistic in terms of gear and talents. While rpg elements of dialogues and lore were super awesome and game had lots of them.

If i had to write it down for witcher 3 on a scale 1-10:

action : 10
story and interactions with npcs : 9 (it would be 10 if it had more books or enviromental lore)
setting : 10
character inventory complexity : 6
variety of gear and stats : 5


I really hope for much more customization.

Id love if it was a mixup of : Witcher 3, baldurs gate, fallout 2 and new vegas to fill all these missing components.

Yes, I know adding more things into it will make it more complex for casual gamers and game development will cost more.

But at this time it only seems like enhanced and more thought out Deus Ex after seeing 40 mins of gameplay. (especially options of using stealth, melee or go rambo)

I don't know if my expectations are too high, but I only want it to be better than what was shown now. But at this time, seems like main focus is on action elements. Simmilar to witcher.

To be fair, CDPR isn't building the same type of game Bethesda and such do. They're looking to strike a balance between telling the story of an existing character - Geralt of Rivera, V of Night City - and allowing the player to make that story their own. It's two different, often conflicting objectives, and threading that needle is exceptionally difficult for a lot of developers.

I've never played a Witcher game (I know I know, I've missed out), but I'll admit - after watching the gameplay reveal, I am stoked as fuck for this game. It looks so perfect already, I can't wait to see how they improve it even more.

I have another movie for you. This time its not pure cyberpunk. Cyberpunk world is used to make spectator think about philosophy and existential issues related to technology and how its used.

Imo if you like cyberpunk, its worth to be seen.
