Yeah, you'll just have to sort out mana without the Covenant if you farm up a tabby or wear a rare armor. Can just make an enduring mana flask or prioritize getting rings with flat mana reduction.

In your changelog you write "updated for 3.10" - did you mean to say Updated for 3.11?

The build is indeed updated for 3.11 but only major revisions to the guide beyond updating the league spoiler and PoBs are recorded in the changelog since I usually re-write substantial parts of the guide or add entire sections. Since I added the Tougher SRS Loadout, it was recorded as an update for 3.10 a few months ago. Hopefully that makes sense.

You know, with more cash you could fit in Awakened curse on hit in your curse setup with another curse. Maybe Flammability? Or Punishment, since SRS don't deal pure fire damage.

That gem is expensive though.

I've been looking at the guide and the POB links, but have a few questions.

In the guide Precision is kept at level 1 but in POB it has been leveled to 5. Which should I be using?

Storm brand & Shield charge are both left at level 1, was is the benefit to not leveling? I'm assuming it is because we are only using them for Elemental Equilibrium. Would leveling them have a negative impact?

And lastly I see the note about changes to splash damage meaning that from act 2 it is better to use Melee Physical, but I'm still seeing 'Melee Splash' recommended in the main attack links section and sockets to the chest on the final build gear example. So I'm a bit confused over which approach to take.
