So many questions :D I just want to hear your thoughts on all this.

How did you go with the speed run? The fastest I did was 5hrs with goldrim/tabula/wanderlust.

The new levelling guide goes directly into new Minion Army. Most of the gems and links are finished at start of Act 5 and then some fixing in Act 6 (should have 4x 4-link and currency to buy gems that are not quest rewards).

It's not a big change to Minion Army actually! It's basically bye bye SRS, hello skeles :) Actually I think the skeles feel better than SRS. and it's easy to upgrade to the new skelemancer build. I'm thinking to make skelemancer as warrior main actually. I thought the clear speed was just as good as mages and no gem swaps for mapping/bossing.

My plan is Minion Army -> Skelemancer -> SSS/Cold HoP.

Reaper looks really interesting too... maybe combine with spiders for clear speed? I think it will be more like a meme build though because I can't imagine if it has 5x DPS of HoP.

SO are still good but not completely OP like before. They had double nerfed. Directly nerf was spell trigger -> attack trigger (no more spell echo) + overall Raise Spectre nerf.

About POB, it only calculates one single hit, but SOs have shotgun effect with GMP. So the DPS is more like 3-5x the number in POB.

Ahh they were hit hard then but still usable. I'm assuming crabbies may be the way to go now then? Last question I promise as I know a lot of people are coming in with the new league commin.

Reaper bleed kills, being a DOT will proc on kill effects for you.

Apply a debuff with the new Absolution skill, and get minions from kill. While also procing Herald of Purity minions

A bit like a spell Dominating blow

Really personal choice. SO better for fast clearing vs Crabbie better for bossing. Crabbie's downside is visual clutter with the water fountains though so some people prefer Snow Rhex.

Absolution seems interesting... depends on damage scaling but how about Triad 4B + Doryani?

Definitely I will try to build something with Reaper!

I'm really wondering about the scaling and special ability.

I wonder if we can bind the reaper spell to LMB to make it dash everywhere :P

I use about 6ish hours untwinked from act 1 - 10 with all the labs done.
What I did along the way is the following:
-Finding two BBG (no need for links) wands to level up gems in the swap slots: bone offering, desecrate and summon skeleton and another wand where i level up Frostbite, Hatred and Hextouch.
-As soon as I get a 4L SRS I swap out my now empty BBB into the BBG (skel, BO and desecrate) wand that I leveled up on the switch setup.
-I also found out that Holy Flame Totem is not necessary after act 3-4 since I do enough dmg with just srs + skeletons, so I use the red gem slot that is open for the vitality gem.

Interesting plan Kay :) Could you post what gem setup you have by the end of act 10? Would be nice to see the differences and to test out a speedrun with the new setup. I guess the nodes are pretty much the same since its general minion ones (maybe some unspeccing of minion instability earlier when switching out of inferal or giving that to the skitters?).

Edit: Yeah, the reaper skill looks interesting :P probably meme worthy indeed. Depends on the rate it eats the minions and if it makes up for the 20% dmg reduction of the minions
