I just straight up bought gloves with 55 dex and ring with 53 dex. It's fast and easy way to fix dex, but it comes with a cost. It obviously takes a suffix slot (so competes with resistances, strenght, aspect craft and minion crafts), but it also usually costs more and additionally shrinks the pool available equipment. There might be dream ring for your build for good price, but if it doesn't have dex it doesn't show in your search and doesn't fit your build needs.
