Yeah they're not bad, but I thought they are a little slow mapping if you use them without spiders (everything without spiders feel slow). You should try gem swap with Slow Proj for bosses.

as i used also empowered gem trying to get the 6th spectre
(which you mentioned on reddit isnt obtainable through level 31 anymore)

i could swap out poison for faster projectiles for mapping as everything dies anyway.

What's the benefit of using the poison gems? I'm trying to catch up on all the action I've missed the last several days. I'm assuming it's specific to the sentries? (which btw, I'm a HUGE fan of. They are incredible!)

Redemption Sentry has become a popular spectre. At the moment, many people are using them with spiders in the spectres and spiders build. And they can summon spiders with the poison!

They do 75% cold and 25% phys. Damage on Full Life works on both. So (0.75 + 0.25) x 1.49 = 1.49.

Ele Damage works on only the cold. So (0.75 x 1.54) + 0.25 = 1.40.

Awesome thanks! If I'm using a +1 Specter chest is it important to put pierce in or would that just be personal preference if there is already enough damage?

what are the best links for Redemtion sentry as main dps? (not spider build)
got 3B and 3W sockets.
was sad to hear that PoH does not work with them so gonna swap to wand and board

The easiest way to get them is from the domain, but emblem costs 85c.

Do you want to try them in standard before you do that? I have them banked.

I think they're not good. The true DPS feels lower than poedb numbers.

got them now and they really do suck at clearing maps and bosses. My best Shot so far are Baranide Thaumaturge. Great Boss dps and Clearing.

Is there a list of good spectres for this league? please dont cite poedb :)

Ok according to the wiki poison dmg(chaos dmg) is getting the % of Minion damage.

I am sitting right now at 566% Minion damage.

Lesser Poison Damage Support gives me 142-213(avg. 177dmg) chaos dmg.

Lets Ignore all the other buffs like Poison Support as i get them wrong anyway.

Basicly we get 177dmg * 566% = 1004 chaos dmg.

So each hit by my Minions get a buff of 1k dmg.

And applies 10%(?) from that chaos dmg as poison 100dmg for each secound for 2 secounds.

The Clue is Ball Lightning hits every 150ms from my Minions.

well you can start counting how many you saw.



And well it was the best solution i came up with as i am using



and would be a pain in the ass to roll 5 blue sockets
