[3.5] CheeQu's CoC Ice Nova Assassin - Up to 7m Shaper DPS + Amazing Clearspeed [In-Depth Guide]

Im running 2 cospri atm. Dual Wielding them. One with Leech+Frostbolt+Ice Nova, and second with Vortex+Bonechill+Frostbolt.

Using shaper boots with 15% CD Recovery.

Herald of Ice+Curse on Hit+Enfeeble
Discipline


Using Tempered Mind next to instability for +ACC

Shaper Touch Gloves (southbound gloves sometimes) because Maligaro gloves caps your Crit multi to 300%. APS 7.97 atm


DW cospri is pretty comfy since i just cyclone. But I think the dps inc. is not there since you alternate between them when hitting with cyclone. Too lazy to go back to cospri+shield now.

afaik optimal attack rate for new syclone base speed (300x) is just below 7.57aps with cdr 14%+
im just using two might of the meek and unnatural instinct, aps 7.41 + cdr coc works perfecto!

you may go for Precision, War banner and Temperred Mind
and drop Lyco for something more useful
belt with 14% cd would cover <7.5 aps as far i understood(cyclone tooltip)

Mines at 6.99 with flasks. Am I supposed to run war banner and temperred mind instead of my current aura's? herald of ice/blasphemy?

Also does it matter the links on chest piece of how they are? Do they need to be in a certain order? My wand is at the top is life leech. Looking to buy a cheap 6 link chest instead of tabula rasa.

uber elder, guard shaper\elder no death, mastermind 83lv one times die.
on map i can clear full legion, i think i will not have any problems later.
