" True, I generally keep it tuned for maps, and I generally use a lower level blood rage for maps vs end bosses. But it does mean you don't need lightning golem or whatever other source one can use for ias to get to 3.7. Still thinking about whether it's worth it or not, so lots of play testing. | |

" Havent played with them a lot yet, but the double leech is very nice. They are very expensive though so it's the last thing Id buy if at all. Only if you want to get the build to the highest level. It's not going to be a huge difference. | |
