After years still no good Endless Endgame ?

And that's why Diablo is more popular.
In Diablo there is still a reason to fahrm better Gear, and that's the motivation too.

In PoE, you can improve your Gear for nothing, because there's nothing more to do with it !

Yes, but the problem will never exist because of the many Gears in PoE
Or a very long time.

But what better way to improve your gear / skill for a reason or for absolute nothing ?

I know a lot of players who left PoE for exactly that reason.

The game is far too easy to know a bit about the game, and you know how to play your class.

In my humble opinion:
A different kind of balancing Sulphite for the mine would be a lot more enjoyable.
At the moment, you hit a wall pretty early and have to farm way too many maps to be able to continue going deeper in the mine, because sulphite costs are balanced around potential rewards - which is a good thing basically.
I would imagine, the overall experience woukd be a lot smoother, if sulphite costs for "normal" nodes were WAY lower than now and sulphite costs for "special encounters" were A LOT higher. Up to a point where you might have to farm several thousand sulphite for an Aul fight or something like 2500 sulphite for a primeval ruin city node.
This way, exploring the mine would be easier and more enjoyable while the big rewards would still require some investment.

Sulphite gain is balanced around sulphite scarabs, not running dozens of maps hoping niko spawns.

It's unlikely there is going to be a non-gated endgame in this game because of maps becoming less bonus levels and becoming the main meat of the game. It's a very old decision that it would be too costly to revert.

But it's not that bad in my experience. I've been a bit annoyed at red maps but not that much and it balances the risk reward ratio a bit to make the game feel tight.

Red Maps are not an Endgame Content, all Diablo Players say that is casual and that is unfortunately true :( Level 16 Maps are with the current content not even a Challenge.

That would be different, if it would finally go up to 30+
Or a new heavy System like Maps.
But that will never happen.

I agree with you, Mine is the only Endcontent for Gear fahring and to improve his char give a sense but the System is totally shit.
Well,thats the problem of poe,no longtime motivation.
Endgame? hmm shaper? A joke and not worth it,Elder ? have fun to spawn him and get only crap.

The Endgame atm is : Ossuary farming Syndicate,low lvl most profit
Farming mine,and again low lvl
Higher maps farming for.... hmm a orb of chance at boss,or
scroll of wisdom,and again,low maps more profit.

And thats it,endgame useless. Oh forgott 1 thing,just flipp items and your rich af. Maybe rename poe to path of flipping :x

I think thats it,now where are the fanboys :D
