The easy way:
1. Take lvl 82+ bow (pref. 6-linked and high attack speed base, none influence)
2. Alt spam until you get dot multi suffix
3. Regal
4. If the bow has any prefix, try to annul, or if it has 1 prefix 1 suffix you can use beastcraft "remove prefix add suffix", goal is 0 prefix 2 suffix bow, if it breaks, scour, goto #2
5. When you have 2 suffix 0 prefix bow craft "cannot roll attack modifiers" then exalt slam or use leo rank3 in research, if bow has no influence you should get +1 to socketed gems
6. Replace crafted mod, craft can have 3 crafted mods (aka multimod)
7. craft +2 to support gems and 40% chaos damage over time multiplier (well, the best rank of it)

The hard way:
at #2 alt spam until you get dot multi suffix or attack speed
at #3 regal and pray you get the other one
if you don't, scour and enjoy your RNG currency sink

if you get the bow with dot multi + attack speed suffixes and it has a prefix, by now don't annul just craft "suffixes cannot be changed" and scour, it will only scour the prefix, yes it cost 2ex but if you went this far you can probably afford it

Bad stuff to avoid:
- low lvl bow like from "porcupine" card - you won't be able to roll the highest rank of suffix

- influence bow - you can get shit mods on it like increased damage with bleeding or gems are supported by onslaught, if it's suffix it's not a tragedy but if it's prefix you will have to get rid of it, some influence mods can be gotten from exalt slam instead of +1 to socketed gems this is basically an unneeded currency loss

- low attack speed base - basically a loss of a mod, low attack speed base with attack speed suffix is still slower than a fast bow base without attack speed

- not linking the bow before multicrafting - this is because you can craft 18% quality to increase chance of linking it and then remove this and replace with multicraft (or you can just buy a linked one)
