Currently Level 93 and have about 20 Ex that I don't know what to spend on.
I dropped Caustic Arrow and only use Toxic Rain for everything now because I don't like swapping mid-map (e.g. Red Beasts and Bosses take too long to kill with Caustic Arrow). So maybe If I'm going to craft a new bow, I will use my current one for Caustic Arrow mapping?

I don't know if the Configuration tab is setup correctly. So you should probably look at that first.
My damage actually feels okay. I'd prefer to invest into more dodge/life/es, if I die it's usually from a oneshot.
T16 maps are easy, very low amount of having to stop for damage.
I did Shaper, Elder, Uber Atziri deathless without knowing mechanics.
Died twice to A5 Sirus because this is the first league I'm playing since they implemented this fight.
Haven't done Uber Elder yet, but that's next on my list.
Not sure if Damage requirements will go up a lot.

Crafting questions

I found the following two bows:

I plan on crafting with the already 6link Thicket Bow (Itemlvl 84), because there don't seem to be any relevant mods on Elder Bows except maybe "#% increased Area of Effect". The Elder Bow is Itemlvl 82, if I should craft with this one instead let me know.
What would be the best way to do this? Keep my ~20 Ex budget in mind.
I looked over the crafting section in this guide (the very last bow), and I'm not exactly sure what "You'll need to isolate two suffxies, ideally local attack speed and DOT Multi" means. I can't get two suffixes using alts only, right?

So basically, what would be the correct way to invest my currency? Things that come to mind are:
Better Bow
+21 Gems
+4 Empower Gem (doesn't seem to do too much when comparing with my current gems)
+4 Enlighten Gem so I can drop 4 points in my tree
Better Cluster Jewels / Getting a second Cluster Jewel
More Jewel Slots in Tree (I can get 3 with spending 2 points each)
Maybe better Quiver, but I like the Curse on Hit this one provides.
Buy a bunch of Twice Enchanted and try to get a Toxic Rain enchantment on my helmet?
