Any reason why we don't use +3 bow and soulstrike quiver for energy shield recharge anymore? (My last league was breach xD)

Hey.
Regarding cluster jewels. Didn't see any mentions in the PoB endgame or in your main post about it. I got my hands on a large cluster with 9 passives (taken 8) that has call to the slaughter and feasting fiends (since skulls are shortlived anyway I figured they would have the bonus alot of the time) But, after filling the cluster, what passives do you suggest I aim at filling?
