they add fire dmg instead of cold, would that be better?

I am confused by the gear sections between your PoB and forum posts. I have a 6l realm ender, what color sockets should I aim for in regards to as late game as I can take it. Some of the +2 staves are crazy expensive. Id like to use it as long as I can.

Why do we level Desecrate to 20 instead of leaving it on lvl 1 with 20 quality?
And is Arc truly the best option for applying EE/Hextouch ele weakness? Isnt Storm Brand probably better overall?

With the changes to Soul of Shakari not granting Poison imunity anymore, we probably want a poison imune flask? Do we even use Shakari now? What about a flask of dousing to deal with ignites?

Aside from that I had a blast leveling with this build, but started dying a lot in maps, due to not really having any Life or ES on gear.. Starting to feel better now that I've started using the Steelskin setup and began using Discipline.

How does the reserved mana reduction of Victarios stack with Enlighten and the passives? I'm guessing it's Enlightenmultiplier * Victariosmultiplier * (sum of decreased reserved mana from tree nodes)? That feels intuitive but doesn't seem right, as at least my back-of-the-envelope computation would then not enable us to use all those auras from your POB. Is the 30% reduced just added onto the treenodes?

Also, isn't wicked ward worth it?
