" No, you can still do the build, however one of your annoints needs to be Charisma, otherwise you won't have enough mana reservation reduction, you probably also need 1% reduced on a jewel or two. The build suffers from physical damage at higher ranks, I'm trying to solution for it, but it's not easy. (One possible solution is brass dome, but then you have to drop saqawals nest and avians, which feels quite terrible) The build can still do all content (except uber atziri, in which case you need the minion reflect ring + the pantheon for it). The build is definitely not as tanky as it once was, mostly due to constant nerfs every single league. CWC cyclone spirit offering was definitely the peak, and then a smaller peak with the divine flesh + glancing blows before they then nerfed that. It can be quite difficult to stay alive, but you'll find that for most if not all necro builds, it's not unique to this. And this build can still be quite tanky, but they really just try and kill you with increasingly higher scaling without giving us high defenses (and instead nerfing the defenses). | |
