" A lot of it will depend on your other gear. Generally speaking in order it’s: 1. Lightning gems / spell gems + level 2. Hybrid spell damage/chaos roll 3. Penetration 4. Crit Chance 5. Crit multi / spell damage 6. Lightning damage to spells (not crafted version) 7. Lightning as extra chaos 8. Crafted lighting damage 9. How would you go about crafting a wand like yours? According to craftofexile alt/aug spamming for the 2 +1 gems then just multi-modding seems best but I am a crafting noob and wanted to ask someone more experienced. Also what base would be best? Ilvl is only needed 55 for the spell gem mod. Also what item would be my best upgrade (yes I know I need better gems, working on that)-bottled faith? better versions of another piece of gear? Thanks for the help. For the weapon, I wouldnt recommend crafting it. I bought the +1/+1 base and went from there. The combination to hit both +1s is rarer than just about any other combination of mods, its on the same tier as hitting T1 flat phys and T1% on a foil - SUPER rare.
