Hey BeerLeague!
Thanks again for all the work you put out here and on reddit. I was playing your build and someone advised me to try Agnerod West and gave me some pointers. It gives me a lot more damage but I lost like 1K es if not more and the blasphemy curse. What do you think of that? Is it just DPS vs survivability or something deeper? I'm consdering switching back to your build. If you have any comment on my character and how to make it better it'd be awesome! Name is Keroca. Can provide PoB if you want! Cheers. Edit : I know my shavronne is in a very awkward spot I might color it again towards your build, until then it's a CWDT set-up haha. Edit 2 : Do you never play with Arcane vision? " Thanks. So, with a staff you lose quite a bit of survival as you are going to have to give up at least two auras, you lose ES overall and you lose the block from the shield. On the cheap end they can be good to get going, but if you really want to go that route - Tremor Rod is a better choice. As for the build, there are a ton of ways to increase overall damage, but the point isn't to be 'wow look at my dps', its more about being able to push to 100 solo without dying - which having 11k ES and a bunch of defensive tools will allow you to do. 7ex would be more than enough for a wand/dagger and a shield to make the switch back. As for arcane vision, I don't use it much. Have played a crap ton of LL builds and have just kinda gotten used to it over the years. |

The switch is done. Might need to change belt to a crystal one with aspect of the spider though but that's it. What do you think of my weapon? It has all the right mods you mentionned in your video except +1 all spell skill gems but the tiers aren't very high. I literally jumped on it when I saw it on trade because it was only 30c and I crafted crit multi on it, the others weapons were 2+ ex. I still have my 7 ex because I sold something. I can buy another one for sure if needed but I might need some help with the research. I'm DSC. What should I prioritise now? I bought the gloves aswell. Последняя редакция: SuddenOcade. Hi Beer,following your guide n enjoying it..outside of the weapon being little different the rest is basic the same sitting at 9.5k es with more leveling to come should hit 11k easy..i would amagine the upgrade i would need is bottle faith for more dps but sitting at 24-26 ex might be awhile thx for the guide..n also need to finish my last ascendence

" Looking good. Math on +1 gems on weapon is as follows, just for anyone looking: On average, BL gets 25 damage per level and its added damage effectiveness is 40%. That means to beat out a +1 gems roll you would need 70 average added damage to spells to beat that out (not counting the bonus the +1 gems also provides to other spells as well). While this is possible, it is very tricky to achieve under most circumstances outside T1 lightning rolls. |

What do you think about... Dropping swift assembly for Minefield for QOL?

" If you are talking about minefield, in addition to the animation lock it also has a hidden ‘less’ multiplier to throw speed. If you watch the animation of it, the character actually takes out each mine and throws it with makes you wait an additional .2 seconds or so (that’s a crap ton for mine animation) before the next set is thrown out. In pob, swift is around a 44% more damage gem and minefield is 52%. In practice minefield doesn’t even hit a 30% multiplier and you are better off using another damage gem. While swift is the 2nd best dps gem you can take. |
