I'm really confused by the POB and the guide.

In POB the skills section says "3L SPIDERS" but when I click it, it's showing four gems in a weapon (Damage on Full Life, Melee Splash, Minion Damage and Ruthless).

How does this make sense at all? Where are the spiders, how is that 3 link? There's no such item those gems can even go in to as there's wand or shield with that many slots. Also, none of those gems even interacte with eachother, so it's just wasting all the gems.

The POB has various mistakes and issues that conflict with the build entirely and I'm really confused with how it's supposed to be understood.

Am I missing something here?

POB has no mistakes. You are just a noob.
Spiders are created and supported by the dagger. Dagger gives you the "skill gem"
4L is because Melee Splash is unchecked and is used for clearing.

I got one question, base resistance from minions are 40%, we get 20% from Ascendancy, ring enchantment gives us ~10% and abyss jewel gives us ~10% that makes a total of 80% which is 5% overcap. Now there is additional purity of elements with 25%, do i see this correctly when i say we have PoE only because of the watchers eye? I mean we dont realy need it for ourselfs, with all the bonus from ascendancy, we are able to easy overcap our resistances.
