You could test that if you wanted to toy with the new cyclone'ish skills ;P

The bouncy Lballs are from divergent lightning trap. But it's really not needed and it doesn't increase single target DPS.

I'm really enjoying using Pierce gem in my 5L, it makes the league mechanic so much more enjoyable as I feel +1 from the jewel wasn't enough. Obviously, once you have +2/3 pierce from lab helm enchant, you don't need the pierce gem.

Remember to pickup all your reservation points! At lvl 50 I was running quad auras, with 150 mana free to throw traps with:) (skitter, wrath, tempest, arctic armor -- i didn't need a clarity).

You still need to have some form of stun immunity and other ES gear then.


If you are not experienced with ES/LL builds i would advise you to play as life-based till you get the required ES/LL gear.

Hi, i'm playing this as an inexperienced player and i'm so confused.

I'm getting OS a lot early mapping (75%allres) 1500Hp/1050ES Arctic/Clarity/Tempest/Skit

I went through your surviving tips section and you talk about discipline, but then say that you're running Arctic+Tempest+Skitt+Wrath so i must be doing something wrong ?

I'm sitting at 23% block chance and 46% spell block and i have no idea how i'm supposed to reach max block

I feel so squishy and mapping is a pain rn

drop wrath for discipline and buy some cheap items with higher ES

Decided to play this (and i only play one char a league due to REAL LIFE SHIT). Have some feedback at the white/yellow map threshold:

Still playing life based. only 3k hp/700es atm. Which honestly ain't terrible, but nothing else for defense aside from block. Feels bad man.

Bought a helm with pierce enchant and it really helps. Scourge is rough and I'm often getting steamrolled/insta'd.

Damage is on its way up and I expect it will continue to scale.

Wondering if TORNADO is worth messing with. Drop Traps, Drop Tornado, Projectiles from Trap hit tornado and then apply??? Can't tell since its so many steps and chaotic.

Hoping in a few days i can afford to go CI and boost defenses a bit.

Bossing is great but scourges such atm.

Are you guys maxxing block? I haven't switched to ES yet. I am getting insta killed more than I'd like but I don't see how we're supposed to get good block rates.
