i think its an error here. While we know that CWDT work with other gems correct levels. CWDT will only work with Ball Lightning (its kept on 4 lvl which requires 37lvl). In my opinion Curse on hit support should be kept on lvl 1 (which requires 38 lvl) and Enfeeble should be kept on 5 lvl (we need 36 lvl to use it).

Or im not understanding how CWDT works?

Means can roll with +minion life, attack, cast, movement, + to level of minion gems.

How do I roll it? Using what orb? Sorry I really don't know.

We only use CWDT for Ball Lighting, Ball Lighting then triggers Curse on hit that triggers Enfeeble. Doesn't matter the lvl of Curse on hit or Enfeeble we lvl those up to get more out of them.
