[3.24] Frostbolt/Ice Nova Hierophant | 100m DPS | All Content

I'm currently doing red maps, but I feel like my dmg is not enough for bosses/metamorph I don't know what I'm doing wrong but can someone look up my profile and give me some suggestions on how I can improve my dmg? For cleaning, I have no problems only on bosses and metamorph I'm struggling. Other than that everything is good. Also, this is my POB: https://pastebin.com/k2Bi8m9J

its a great boost, buy better shoes. use steelskin which absorbs incoming hits for a short period, unlock more jewel sockets /for example socket near to mystic bulwark/

why doesn't this build use herald of ice?

Ok, anything other than that? And what boots should I get I thought these ones are already pretty good. Will try to get a timeless jewel meanwhile.

You have no damage on your helm, belt, or rings. You dont need cold damage to attacks on a ring because you dont attack. you use spells. Farrul's fur is BiS imo for a chest piece. You can look at my character. All my gear is BiS for everything; I've done a lot of testing with different setups. This is the best I have found.

This build gets damage from gems so lvl 21/20 is boost especially for Ice Nova.
I would upgrade this first. Right next to it is crit/crit multi.
Aim for 500%+ crit multi and 60%+ crit without any buffs or power charges.
If you plan play this build for a while and got ex for spare get awakened cold pen and awakened added cold and ditch hypothermia and controlled destruction.
At lvl 5 they give more dps according to PoB than standard support gems.
Farrul's Fur next with boots change for either Omeyocan (cheaper defensive option) or go full out with tailwind crafted ones.
Helmet with -9% cold res is a must also.
