It makes wonders, no more stun interrupts and permastun deaths from delirum mobs. For some harder bosses where they have immune phases, swap that flask for second one with instant regen.

how should i gear next? i'm looking at curse+explode chest. is there any other ways to scale higher damage?

Hi, i want to try your version of this build (MOM+Apep), kinda tired of oneshots and I'm only on T12 maps.

Can you or someone explain how desecrate helping us in this setup? What means "diadem can work"? I thought diadem is for Eldritch Battery purpose...
BTW I never killed Sirus or other endgame bosses (my first league ever), so maybe thats why i dont understand.

And why we dropped Plague Bearer? This one was pretty good damage boost, inst it?

Hey, just wanted to say thanks for the build and the many useful comments here. I just killed Sirus AL8 on my third try. Guess you gotta get the mechanics down but Sirus is the only thing i had problems with yet. Build clears maps like nothing, and conquerers take < 10 seconds.

Diadem has this stat:

Trigger Level 15 Feast of Flesh every 5 seconds

Feast of Flesh consumes a number of corpses around you to recover life, mana and energy shield.

When bossing there are sometimes no corpses on the ground to make Feast of Flesh useful. When you cast desecrate it immediately creates corpses on the ground for Feast of Flesh to use.

This should really only be used on bosses with no adds (like Sirus). Other than those, leave Blood Magic in.

I am not sure an explode chest is needed when you have Asenath's. I noticed your resistances are not capped with out having a jewel. That should be your #1 priority.

If its possible, maybe find a chest with good life, resists and +1 to curse. Then you can maybe improve the jewel to focus on damage.

I think a +skill is better than explode mod on chest if you already have asenath. That's what I'll be aiming for soon (combined with additional curse)

Hey there is difference in gems between guide and pob?
what is more accurate? do we use skitterbots or flesh and stone?
immortal call or steelskin?

The large cluster jewel. Any way to craft these? Is chaos spam the best option or are people slamming for that exact spec?

Also, it says mandatory to get EIGHT passive skills Large Cluster, but I see some with 9 or 10...more isn't better here?

What's better to allocate with my Thread of Hope - Hunter's Gambit or Swift Venom? I can only take one. :\
