I'm running 53% CDR and 7.86 APS. I'm way under the 10.1 APS mark, will it be a big difference in DPS if I get closer to the 10.1 mark ? I'm assuming so since that would mean more casts per second correct ? | |

can anyone help me find out how to cap my crit chance on cyclone? The build guide says we need to be capped on that before we swap inspiration for awakened added cold dmg, but my effective crit chance with cyclone is only like 85 after flasks when the build says we need that before flasks... how the hell are we doing that??

Yes, what you're missing is bottled faith.
There are ways to get to 100% w/o one, but they are not exactly inexpensive/optimal. You can get a corrupted cospri with increased crit chance, grab some crit from the tree at a cost of something else (true strike cluster is not far away), give up culling strike and unnerve for a crit cluster jewel, sacrifice some es for a chest with increased crit strike chance to attacks, swap frostbite for assassin's mark. Another point is that your effective crit will match your chance to hit with cyclone, so you should also aim for a hit cap. Tier 1 accuracy roll on gloves will get you to 99%, but in order to get to 100, you'll need another accuracy roll somwhere else, ~270 total dex, or accuracy implicit on circle of fear. " I personally would just MM depending on your resist/cdr needs, quality defence mods and slam hoping for a high ES roll :D you could metacraft it (Block prefix and slam for suffixes, if you don't hit something good - Prefixes cannot be changed -> scour), if you have some currency to burn. Really love this build so far.
It's extremely expensive though, but I don't mind farming a lot for it. First time I killed Sirus with this build!(level 0, but still). Now, how can I reach 100% crit? And what Item should I get next? I thought, the next good item to get for me is the awakened coc gem, but I'm not sure. Maybe you can help me out with these two questions? Thanks a lot! Would you guys say 50ex is enough to fund this to mow through 100% delirious T14's?
