Can someone look at my tree/gear and tell me what I'm doing wrong. 8.1k ES I just got wrecked by elder. Please don't judge to harshly this is my first league and first time really trying to learn the game. I do not have the currency to get the awesome flasks any tips are appreciated thank you!
Most of what I have is from wealthy friends and I already feel bad since from what I understand they are pretty decent items and Don't want to ask for more. I got my watchers eye jewel because someone vaaled it and didn't like it so they sold for 70 regrets I now know this is a poe meme pretty cool helps us broke boys out! Thanks!! |

I love this build and is my to go for every league.
But: The new cluster jewel in this build is useless, not gain so much more dps or utility. if i import my tree( with no cluster ) to your tree i do more dps | |

I'm not sure what you mean by the cluster jewels having little DPS or utility, they give you: 39% increased Cold Damage 20% Cold Penetration 10% Spell Damage (Unnerved Debuff) Culling Strike (Not calculated in PoB) 40% Critical Strike Chance Chilled Enemies are Shocked 20% increased Chilled and Shock Effectiveness +200 Maximum Energy Shield 24% Increased Maximum Energy Shield Additional resists and attributes that you need on any of the jewels If I use your tree and plug it into my build, I lose 40k dps on my Ice Nova and 1600ES. Eye of the storm doesn't actually increase your cold conduction shock effectiveness - it's a flat 10% shock.

How is the budget version of this coming along? I keep getting murdered by chaos damage so I am looking at swapping to this.

Could i do T16 juiced 40% delirious maps with about 50 exalts budget? how much EHP would i get. Im thinking of respecing my char into this but dunno if 50 exalts would be enough to make this build not squishy
