" The issue is not damage. Focus on raising your chaos resistance up. This is important if you plan to run Simulacrums safely. For general mapping purposes, there are 2 ways to go about doing 100% delirious T16s with a safety margin. Either bump the damage really high so you kill everything instantly or you bring up your defense with Divine Flesh or Wind Dancer. The best would be incorporating both into the build but sometimes it is not feasible so trying one route over the other is recommended. At the moment, my defensive utilities are Attack dodge cap, 60% spell dodge, 60% evasion with blind, Divine Flesh with 86% max chaos res, Steelskin + 12% phys damage reduction enchant, Triple balanced Wise Oak, and knockback. With all those up, I feel safe mapping and it feels faster than a budget Herald setup. Feel free to level a second character or follow a different guide if this is not to your taste. Not many builds can compete with Heralds in terms of safety. I recommend a max block character or an Archmage Stormbrand build if you do not want to invest in a Herald build. Good luck. | |
" If your focus is damage, a normal jewel would be better suited for boosting that aspect. The timeless jewel is for boosting our defense. That being said, there are some insane nodes with the Doryani timeless jewel such as Thaumaturgical Aptitude which gives 35% spell damage and 50% spell crit chance and ritual of immolation which gives 35% fire damage and 4% fire pen. If you manage to land these nodes, then the timeless jewel setup would give more damage. | |
" Sorry for the late reply. Have been on work leave for a brief period. Regarding your bow, you have 2 good mods with the CoC and Crit multi. The frenzy generation is good for mapping but not for bossing. The item has 2 prefixes and a suffix. The ideal setup for crafting would be for it to have 2 open prefixes instead as slamming for the prefix mods is easier since the mod pool is small. My advice would be to reroll and get a damage roll other than the crit multi/power charge combo. So CoC mod + damage penetrates ele resistance, attack speed/double damage/+1 all socketed gems. Preferably, the CoC mod and a damage suffix mod. Once you are at this stage, that would be easier to craft as you have a good base to work on. You can also try beastcrafting to create imprints of the item so you do not need to alt/regal ever again. The initial part is the hardest but once you are there, it is easier to proceed. Good luck crafting. There are previous examples of crafting advice on the posts with bows similar to yours and you can perhaps take inspiration from that. | |

Pretty fun build. I've had a good time playing with it. Damage is good and my gear is decent enough. Could probably use some enchant tweaking here or there. And a better bow. I will agree with the OP, though, and say that physical damage is definitely a weak spot for this one. Sometimes in Delerium I just die from it. Definitely a build you want to play as mobile as possible. Nachos? Yes.

One of my favorite build so far.
Did all content I could. Right now only goal is to get lvl 100 and maybe new gloves / jewels and some more chaos resist. But for now it's just pure currency farm. Also I didn't realize till like 94 that most my deaths were because of bleeding. So i rerolled my health flask from burning to bleeding and 0 deaths since then. I did a combination between damage and defens. https://pastebin.com/r9TknuNd This is the link in PoB I now have 30lvl VD , we lose some HP but i do have the jewel for chaos ress I will work out to rise up the chhaos ress and maybe some stats :P so i can take back my 3 points from passive skill tree from DEX and STR.
