what about 3.11 did it cripple the build? do we know how hard clusters will be to get?

The build is still insanly good and the gear you can craft in this league is godlike.

I'm playing this build right now, and I gotta say it's amazing. I had a lvl 98 occultist, so I didn't have to level. I guess it took a bit of currency to get of the ground, with all the jewels. But it is worth it, you wont die with this build. I'm unsure how to get +1 curse on helmet tho.
