How problematic will it be until we can get Reserve ench on helm?

Compared to what?

zzang used Charisma before. Charisma is 8% mana reserve and 6% increased effect of non-curse auras.

So where the 6% of an aura implies a full 6% attackspeed?

I mean Command of Steel lose 6% attack speed in the new version compared to previous version.

Oh ok, but before it never really was an issue to use it, because the increase was "Attack Skills deal 25% increased Damage while holding a Shield"

VD, DD etc are no attack skills, they are spells. So the only advantage you would have before was the attackspeed for the frenzy/barrage.

I think the 75% increase damage (for all), you can achieve, is huge now.

i updated your pob in preparation for 3.11
changes:
helm enchant -> reservation
Rings -> Fire Damage
1 less passive on small clusters
copied one of the medium jewels

changed the pathing a bit to get points for the +2 corpses and 2x +15% corpse life

The cooldown reduction on boot. You want the more CR possible to be able to proc spellslinger as much as possible.
