Thanks! Apperently regen from pot is 2.2k

belt and elevated chest makes up a lot of that. without both of those i sit at 2.7k but with the chest and belt i hit 4.3k. can get more as well if i had a belt with both mana recovery rolls

can someone point me out to what to upgrade first? Just killed A8 sirius with this and need some tips to get stronger.

Not an expert but playing this build as well with quite some Ex invested in it.
Amulet : Aim for the double influence for +2 levels
Gloves : Get the damage on chill from temple mod or go for unnerve (+ culling strike why not)
Belt : mana mods are nice, spell damage from shaper as well
Boots : Elusive + tailwind for zoom zoom in maps

Hre is my gear if you want to have a look. Nothing min-maxed or anything but enough to breeze through the game :)

So I have about 35 to 40 Ex to roll into this, was playing TR but don't like the squishyness. What would our priority look like? I am assuming decent Chest, Sceptres, Amulet, Cluster Jewels, Watcher Eye for phys conversion, and obviously our helm haha.

For the amulet, what suffixes do i want? is it better to go chaos + a res? Or is t1 mana regen better?

Hey all. I have around 250 ex and I'm looking into setting up this build. Anyone here mind giving me a rough estimate on how much it cost to craft their two scepters plus explode/mana regen chest? I tend to shy away from crafting due to poor RNG but prices on "good" wands and chests seems to be really high (50+ ex per piece). With average rng, is it cheaper to craft wands/chest or would I be better off buying already crafted pieces? Also, people here seem to prefer scepters to bows but bows seem to be significantly cheaper. Would it make sense to try the build out with a bow before committing potentially 100+ exalts for two scepters?

lvl 91 have 11ex rn, about 30ex in gear up for sale, pieced this together from my other char so some of the gear is not correct, as such im just wondering what to upgrade

edit2: i see most people dont use the same gloves, am i better off swapping? i dont really feel any mana issues atm

pretty sure im gonna do a frostbite ring next, but my dmg is really lacking rn, i know my gems aren't correct but i kept my same double elevated chest from my last char so its all i have rn (trying to get rid of the 1 red), is there an easy way to 6 white still or w/e?

able to run t16s no problem but big bossing (maven, a9 sirus) is still hard due to lack of dps

in terms of gems whats the obv upgrade if so (awakened for cheaper or w/e)

i have literally no dodge rn and i think thats my biggest issue with bossing as 4way mavens and stuff i get shotgunned. i noticed a lot of people go acro/phase acro but id have to give up the left side of the tree which is where im getting most of my dmg. is that only possible with double scepter?

So I've crafted one sceptre and I'm in the process of crafting my other one
My finished one here cost me roughly 20ex to make, got super lucky and hit t1 double damage first try though


This one however is still in progress and has already cost me 30ex roughly to make. Went 7k alts dry on +1 to all spell skill gems so probs would recommend buying the base for 3-4ex and going from there. You can realisticly craft a fully functional sceptre for about 20-40ex depending on luck, but without double damage and something else instead. I presume the biggest expendeture can be rolling double damage since it's a 3% chance but like I said I got super lucky for the first one.


Not really the most knowledgeable person in this forum thread but just throwing my personal experience out there. Got to say though crafting them has all in all been a very enjoyable experience regardless of invested currency.

Disclaimer: The following information is from when the build was nowhere as popular, and also crafts/alts have had a sharp increase recently, so take it all with a HUGE grain of salt

Crafting is on average cheaper than buying, but you definitely can get unlucky unless you craft a lot to even out the outliers.

About 30ex~40ex on average to make a +2 sceptre without DD seems about accurate. However, alt spamming from scratch is a real PITA.

Making a +1/mana scptre will cost around 40~50 ex without DD and involves fossil spamming, which is even more of a PITA than alt spamming.


Finally, making this will cost you about 100~150 exalts and alot of sanity

I suddenly feel very happy i picked up a sceptre with T1 mana mod and no other mods (magic) for 2ex earlier :D
