haste gives us more tornado's reduceing the time betwin the 2 is the BEST dps boost u can get

Oh thanks. Since im at 0.12 count maybe having a better damage was a biger upgrade than a bit more tornadoes but ill take that route then.

Also not sure how much of an upgrade is to change my 1.92 boots to a better ones, already have 1.98 gloves

I have both 10% rings 15% ammy and -1.98 gloves but tooltip shows 0.12 secs duration both if im wearing a -1.92 boots or a -2.00 ones. Does any difference? Since its a expensive upgrade and if wont affect my dps ill might sell them and just stick with the 1.92 ones.

Does running phantasmal haste change this at all?

phantasmal Haste is no longer the best option. it doesn't give as big a dps boost as agony+purity since the 3.13 nerf.

I personally wouldn't go the phantasmal haste route anymore, as after the nerf as stated above, its a dps decrease, and as for boots/gloves, if you are at 0.12, thats the best you can get without a specific corrupted chest, and -2.0 boots/gloves, focus on other things after u hit that 0.12
