Hey there, Kiman55.
Could you please try running a WinMTR to one of the instance servers you're experiencing the lag spikes on? To get the IP address of the instance server, enter the problematic instance in-game with your character. Then, open your client logs (located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\logs\Client.txt" by default) and find the last entry for "Connecting to instance server at <IP ADDRESS>:<PORT>" and grab the IP address from there. This may help pinpoint any problems along the route between you and the game servers. | |

its not your internet, stop wasting time troubleshooting that.
install your game on HDD instead of SSD. the game is messed up on SSD after every patch. |

FYI I reinstalled game to my HDD and it really works. No more latency issues but that's clearly not a solution. I want PoE on my SSD.

Well... I was wrong. After 2 maps lags returned and they look exactly the same.

Game totally unplayable, never had it this bad. Game Went from AAA+ game to bowl of soup.
Had Latency and spikes but this is just insane. spikes of up to 1200ms and up. Please do something about this, don't see a need to spend another cent if I can't get 80 to 100 ms max.
