Last Epoch is definitely better than POE now, and here's why.....
" I don't think D2R bombed, it was a nice coat of paint they put on it and I don't regret buying it. What was funny was when people were acting like it was going to be competitive long term with POE because they thought there would be real additional content (beyond runewords/gear). The whole hopeful nature of other games killing POE is a little funny and a little pitiful. It's like people so desperately want to be right that POE went the wrong direction and want to watch it burn so they can be right. I do find myself smiling at how often they are wrong now. Guilty pleasure I suppose. Thanks for all the fish!

D2 was the last Diablo. I bought d3 then sell it in same day. LE is good but not a polished game.

" The common internet confirmation routine. Probably why we see so many people that have "given up on PoE" remain on the forums, just waiting for they day they are "right". Make no mistake here, PoE will of course die one day, but I don't think it will be because of specific choices GGG makes, but rather general player fatigue from grinding the same game for a decade/the need for something else. That said, I can't think of many games that have managed to keep my interest on and off for more than a decade, so even if PoE dies tomorrow, I think it has had a pretty long, good run. Speaking about Last Epochs new Multiplayer mode.
It is very bare bones currently. The only way to group with other people is when you add other players to your friend list and hope they are online. There are no message boards ingame yet that allow for random MP gameplay at any time. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore "A mysterious figure appears out of nowhere, trying to escape from something you can't see. " Agreed. The game has had a great run and if it went away tomorrow, they would have nothing to be ashamed of. The vindictive part of me wants to mark all these doom and gloom comments to come back later and ask how that POE dying thing went because most of them are very specific about what will kill POE and when. But life is too short. I would probably still be digging out of the 2014 POE will die comments if I actually did that. Hah. Thanks for all the fish!

I want to be clear POE is the best game I ever played in my life it certainly is way better than D2 or D2R although not as good looking as D2R
And I eagerly await the release of POE 2 with new animations character model / rig This will put the final nail in the coffin and kill Blizzard once and for all. Look how Awesome my MTX Marauder RF looks
