Importing your character into PoB, you have -60 Chaos resistance. In the calculator, you've entered -40.

Your loop works at -38 or less, but FR does more damage than you have ward at anything below -25; look into the values.

Also, you don't have Mind over Matter allocated.

Putting in the values from that PoB says the loop works.

Yep, it says work, but i cant, idk why, i just proc the ward flask and press X 3 o 4 times like the post says

Nice Ty, so i need like -35 chaos res? when i back of my job ill try

So I've checked the "300 million DPS" PoB.
It assumes that both Hatred and Herald of Ice are active at the same time, which isn't possible with Eternal Blessing unless there is an obscure mechanic I am not aware of. Perhaps the PoB is designed to work with either and not both.
I find interesting that disabling one or the other result in pretty much the same amount of damage, except that using Herald of Ice would allow replacing Watcher's Eye with any other jewel, like a Clear Mind or Sublime Vision while also freeing a socket.
Edit : Actually never mind using Herald instead of Hatred with Eternal Blessing, it doesn't work.
