[3.25] Ice Dancing Queen - Icestorm/Cyclone/CI - Viable For Everything
Patch notes next Thursday. Let's hope they're exciting because the whole tattoos replacing stat nodes thing seems to be moderately useless to stat-stacking builds, unless some of them are really, really good.

Hey guys!
Would you mind to check out my IceBeyBladeIce character? My damage is still quite low. Am I doing something wrong? I was looking for a synthesized belt but there are none. Can you recommend an other belt? @Kelvynn big thanks for the built it's really fun! |

" Only big ones that I can quickly see are right side ring with no +int and no annoinment in necklace. Remember when searching synth belts, the %int is an implict modifier. And that you are getting one with 13%-15% base range, NOT 10%-12% with 20% attribute modifier quality. See https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Crucible/v9jY0nXfE | |
Awesome build. Thank you.
I think you need to update the link to your post about CwC breakpoints, it's now at https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2628295/page/594#p24253950 |

" There should be synth belts on the market, but you can use a String of servitude with %int in the meantime. |
|
Hey! Thanks a lot for the quick answers!
For some reason I couldn't find synthesized belts on the market. (Now I know why... because I'm stupid. :D ) For the ring: Sadly I can't afford the unset ring that is mentioned in the guide. Which base would you recommend for me? Just a "Two-Stone Ring" or is there something better? (obv. with high res and int) |
|
" A corrupted Heup of all with %int as an implicit is a good budget replacement for synth rings. You could also use a corrupted Shavronne's revelation for the extra ES. |

Thanks a lot!!!

not to long ago i recrafted both of my rings. build was broken for a couple days as i only have the 2 rings and can't afford a third for craft work.
opinions would be appreciated as i'm no good with pob at all and not really sure if they are bad or decent lol poe is going down fast. Diablo 4 and Baldur's Gate 3 have no performance issues. play them instead

" I'm not sure you need the -cost crafts. If you can work without them, you can add +minimum charges crafts, which are probably much better. Either Frenzy or Endurance. Frenzy give you 4% more damage and Endurance 4% phys reduction and all resistances. So either offensive or defensive. The add X to X were always underwhelming to me, but I've never checked for this build. Input them separately in PoB to check the real % more damage. To do that, go into "configuration", then into "custom modifiers". If you input the exact line, it should reflect on your damage. Add a random character (like "#") in front to deactivate the custom modifier. It should let you easily evaluate the difference in damage, though you might have to calculate manually. The other possibility is to input the rest of the ring in custom modifiers and craft one with only the affixes you want to evaluate and let PoB tell you what difference it makes when you equip it. One way or another, they're very good rings. It checks the necessary boxes : %int as an implicit, 20% quality, +int, +attribute you need. It could have some resistance as a third suffix, but that's really stretching it. They're good for anything short of min-maxing. It's a complete detail, but for the blight enchants, I prefer +range of empower towers (great quality of life) and chill towers freeze for 0.2 seconds (more effective than more duration, as level 3 with empower already perma-freezes enemies). |
